Definition of a Cleanse (Webster Dictionary Online): a very restrictive short-term diet primarily intended to remove toxins from the body.



Nutritional Cleansing is a centuries-old ritual to support the body, mind, and spirit. Basically, a healthy, intentional strategy to help our bodies prevent and eliminate disease.
